የህብረት መረዳጃ ማህበር የአዲስ አባላት ምዝገባ ስርዓት
የዚህ መመሪያ ዋና ዓላማ ማህበሩ የተቋቋመበት ህግ እንዳለ ሆኖ አዲስ የሚመዘገቡ አባላት በምዝገባ ወቅት ሊያሟሉዋቸው የሚገቡ መስፈርቶችን እና የምዝገባ ስርዓትን በከፊል ለማሳወቅ
እንዲሁም አፈፃፀሙም በዚሁ መሰረት የሚከናወን መሆኑን ለማሳየት ነው።
1. ምዝገባ የሚካሄደው ቀድሞ በደረሰ ቅደም ተከተል ይሆናል።
2. ማህበሩ የፖለቲካ፣የሐይማኖት፣የዘር፣የፆታ፡ወገንተኝነት የሌለው እና የእድሜና ሌሎች ልዩነቶችን የማያደረግ በሜሪላንድ ህግ ለትርፍ ያልተቋቋመ ማህበር መሆኑን መገንዘብ።
3. የህ.መ.ማ አባል ለመሆን ማንኛውም ኢትዮጵያዊ ወይም ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያዊ እድሜው ከ 18 ዓመት በላይ የሆነ በራሱ አቅም ህጋዊ ውሳኔዎችን ማድረግ የሚችል ፣ከ18 ዓመት በታች ከሆነ
በወላጆች ውክልና እና ሃላፊነት ድምፅ የማይሰጥ አባል ሆኖ መመዝገብ የሚችል ሲሆን ማንኛውም አባል በዋሽንግተን ዲሲ፣በሜሪላንድ እና ቨርጂኒያ አካባቢ የሚኖር ሆኖ የሚከተሉትን ማሟላት
ይኖርበታል።
3.1 በማህበሩ በተዘጋጀው የማመልከቻ ፎርም ላይ ያሉትን መረጃዎችን በጥንቃቄ አሟልቶ ማመልከቻውን በአካል ማቅረብ ፣
3.2 ከላይ በተገለፁት አካባቢ የሚኖሩ ለመሆኑ ከመንግሥት የተሰጠ መታወቂያ ይዞ በአካል ቀርቦ መመዝገብ፤
3.3 በመታወቂያው ላይ በተገለፀው አድራሻ ለመኖሩ ማረጋገጪያ የቤት ኪራይ ውል፣ የቤት ባለቤትነ ሰነድ፤ ወቅታዊ የጋዝ ፣ የውሀ፣ የኤሌክትሪክ ደረሰኝ ወይም
ማንኛውም ከመንግስት የተሰጠ ሌላ መረጃ ማቅረብ፤
3.4 በማህበሩ የተዘጋጀው የተወካይ መጠሪያ ቅፅ ላይ በተገለፀው መሰረት ሁሉንም በትክክል ሞልቶ በፓብሊክ ኖትሪ አስደርጎ ማቅረብ፤ ወይም በመዝጋቢው
እና በወቅቱ በተገኙት የቦርድ አባል ፊት ቀረቦ ቅፁ ላይ መፈረም ፤ሁሉም ተወካዮች በአሜሪካ የሚኖሩ መሆን አለባቸው።
3.5 አዲስ አመልካች የአንድ ጊዜ የመመዝገቢያ ፣ የማይመለስ የመመዝገቢያውን 10% የአስተዳደር ወጪ እና አመታዊ የአባልነት ክፍያዎች እንደሚከፍል ማወቅ
ይኖርበታል።
4. ማንኛውም አዲስ አመልካች የአባልነት ማመልከቻው ተቀባይነት ካገኘ የአባልነት መብት እና ግዴታን በተመለከተ በማህበሩ መተዳደሪያ ህግ እና የአሰራር መመሪያዎች መሰረት የሚፈፀም መሆኑን
ሲፈርም በምዝገባ ወቅት ማረጋገጡን ግንዛቤ እንዲወሰድ ።
5. ማንኛውም አዲስ አባል የአባልነት ማመልከቻው ተቀባይነት ካገኘ የአንድ ጊዜ መመዝገቢያ ክፍያ እንዲሁም በየዓመቱ ዓመታዊ የአባልነት ክፍያ ለመክፈል መስማማቱን እንዳረጋገጠ ግንዛቤ
እንዲወሰድ።
6. ማንኛውም የአባልነት ማመልከቻው ተቀባይነት ያገኘና ተገቢውን ክፍያ ያጠናቀቀ አዲስ አባል የማህበሩ ተጠቃሚ መሆን የሚችለው ከ180(ከአንድ መቶ ሰማንያ) ቀናት የቆይታ ጊዜ በኋላ
መሆኑን መረዳቱ እና ማርጋገጡ ግንዛቤ እንዲወሰድ ።
7. አመልካቾች ማመልከቻቸው ተቀባይነት ካላገኘ ውሳኔው በማመልከቻው ላይ በሰጡት ኢሜይል ፣ስልክ ቁጥር ወይም አድራሻ የሚገለፅ ሲሆን በተጨማሪም መረጃ ለማግኘት ከፈለጉ የአገልግሎት
ድጋፍ ዴስክን 240-641-4917 በመደወል እና በኢሜል hebret2021@gmail.com መጠየቅ የሚቻል ይሆናል ።
8. ምዝገባውን ለማካሄድ በማህበሩ የተመደበው አካል አመልካቹ በመመሪያው መሰረት ማመልከቻውን ያሟላ መሆኑን ያረጋግጣል፤ ያልተሟላ ከሆነ አመልካቹ እንዲያሟላ ያደርጋል
፤ በዚሁም መሰረት የተዘጋጀውን ቅፅ አመልካቹ ፣ቅፁን ያስሞላው አካል እንዲሁም በወቅቱ የተገኘ የማህበሩ የቦርድ አባል ይፈርሙበታል ። በማንኛውም ሁኔታ ያልተሟላ ማመልከቻ ተቀባይነት
የለውም።
9. የሚቀርቡ የተወካዮች ወይም የተመዝጋቢ ማስረጃዎች የተዛቡ ወይም የተሳሳቱ እንዳይሆኑ አመልካቹ አሰፈላጊውን ጥንቃቄ እንዲያደርግ እናሳስባለን፡፤
10. ወደፊት በሂደት የመታወቂያ፣ የአድራሻ ወይም በአባልነት ምዝገባ ወቅት ለማህበሩ የተሰጡ መረጃዎች ለውጥ ቢደረግባቸው አባሉ በመተዳደሪያ ደንቡ በተገለፀው 30(ሰላሳ ቀናት) ውስጥ
መረጃዎቹን ይዞ በመቅረብ ወቅታዊ ማድረግ እንዳለበት እናሳስባለን።
11. ማንኛውም ተቀባይነት ያገኘ አዲስ አባል የማህበሩን የመተዳደሪያ ህግ እና መመሪያዎች አንብቦ መብት እና ግዴታዎችን እንዲያውቁ እያሳሰብን ማኛውንም መረጃ ከማህበሩ ድረገፅ ላይ የሚገኝ ሲሆን
ለማንበብ ለማተም እና ሌሎች መረጃዎች ለማግኘት የራስዎን ፖርታል በድረገፁ ላይ እንዲኖርዎት እናበረታታለን ።
Hebert Mutual Aid Society member registration procedure
The main objective of this manual is to demonstrate compliance with the Bylaw under which the association established partially informing the public about the registration process and its requirements that the new members must meet while registering.
1. First come, first serve rules followed upon registration.
2. Acknowledging that the association is a non-profit organization established by Maryland law and does not discriminate because of sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, political view, or any other category.
3. Any Ethiopian or Ethiopian by birth over the age of eighteen years who can make legal decisions for himself/herself is eligible to join the association. If he or she is younger than eighteen, he or she may register as a non-voting member under the guidance, responsibility, and control of his or her parents. Any member is also required to be a resident of Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia and to meet the requirements mentioned below.
3.1. Submit the application after carefully filling out the required information as per the association’s application form.
3.2. Register by showing a government-issued ID card if you reside in one of the aforementioned areas.
3.3. Proof of residency at the address stated on the ID. a lease agreement, a title document, current Water or electric bill, Bank records or other government
documents.
3.4. Fill out two individual designee forms provided by the Association, get them Notarized, or put your signature on the form in front of the person who is assisting the registration and the board of directors member who is present. Designees must reside in the USA.
3.5. New applicant must be aware that he or she must pay a one-time registration fee, a non-refundable 10% of the registration fee as admin fee and an annual membership fee.
4. Any new applicant must know that if his/her membership is approved, they have agreed that their rights and obligations will be conducted in accordance with the operational rules and bylaws of the association.
5. Any newly accepted member must know that he or she has agreed to pay a death contribution if any member dies.
6. Any newly accepted member must be aware that the benefits rendered by the association will be effective after 180 (one hundred and eighty) days of their acceptance.

8. The person in charge of assisting with the registration will verify the completeness of the application in accordance with the requirements. Then, the prepared form will be signed by the registration assistant, the applicant, and any board member of the association present at the time of registration. An incomplete application will automatically be rejected.
9. We strongly recommend that the applicant fill out his or her proof and ensure that information about the designeesየ is accurate and error-free.
10. If there is any change of information on the details provided to the association during the registration procedure, such as address, ID, and designees change, we recommend that the members should update the information within 30(thirty) days as required by the association bylaws.
11. We encourage members to create their own portal at the association’s website so they may read, print, and access other information. We recommend all newly accepted members read and understand the bylaw and other documents of the association, which are available on the website.
